Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Users may pay using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other approved payment methods.

  • All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Users are responsible for providing correct payment information.
  • Payment failures or banking issues should be resolved directly with the respective bank.
  • We are not liable for payment gateway or banking-related failures.
  • An invoice will be provided with the order.
  • All applicable taxes including GST will be charged as per Indian law.
Delivery Policy

If you receive a delivery confirmation but have not received the order, please report the issue within 48 hours.

  • Orders are delivered only within India.
  • Shipping addresses must be accurate and complete.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics availability.
  • Delivery partners may contact customers before delivery.
  • A maximum of three delivery attempts may be made.
  • Orders may be cancelled if delivery attempts repeatedly fail.

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation issues, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy Return & Exchange Policy.

We allow Return & Exchange of items purchased from SurMira Fashion within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be returned in original condition:

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • Unaltered and untampered.
  • With original tags attached.
  • With original invoice and packaging.

All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. If a returned item fails the quality check, it will be sent back to the customer.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges
  • For defective or incorrect products received, reverse pickup will be arranged by us and shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • If your pin code is non-serviceable, you may self-ship the product and courier charges up to ₹100 will be reimbursed for defective or wrong products.
  • For size issues, dislike of product, or customer-related exchanges, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
Return / Exchange Not Accepted For
  • Products damaged due to improper washing or misuse.
  • Altered garments.
  • Undergarments and intimate wear.
  • Accessories and grooming products.
  • Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or partner stores.
Refund Policy

We do not provide cash refunds or money-back refunds.

Refunds will be issued in the form of:

  • Store Wallet Credits, or
  • Coupon Codes

Wallet credits or coupon codes remain valid for one year from the date of issue.

After the returned item passes quality inspection, wallet credits or coupon codes will be issued within 2–3 business days.

Terms For Return & Exchange
  • Incorrect information provided by customers may result in incorrect voucher issuance.
  • Store credits or coupons are issued within 2–3 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • You may return the complete order or selected items from the same order.
  • Please seal the package securely before handing it over to the courier partner.
  • Use separate packages for products belonging to different orders.
Things To Consider
  • Please check the size guide carefully before placing an order.
  • Product colors may vary depending on your device screen settings.
  • Please provide your WhatsApp number for timely order updates.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled by either the customer or SurMira Fashion under certain circumstances.

Orders may be cancelled for reasons including:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraud prevention measures.
  • Technical issues.
  • Invalid shipping information.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Bulk purchasing for resale purposes.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts.
  • Pricing or specification errors due to technical glitches.
  • Stock unavailability.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer a substitute product of equal or greater value or process cancellation as applicable.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
