Exchange Policy

We allow Exchange of the items purchased from SurMira Fashion within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.

All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our warehouse. If the product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

Exchange can be done within 3 days after your order is delivered.

In case the customer receives defective/wrong product(s), the reverse pickup will be generated by us and the shipping charges will be covered by us only.

If the customer’s pin code is non-serviceable by our courier partners, then the customer is liable to self-ship the product(s) and the shipping charges are 100% refundable if a defective/wrong product was received. (Maximum Courier Charge Refund: ₹100)

If there is any size issue, dislike of product, or any other issue caused after placing the order, then the customer has to bear the shipping cost.

Kindly pack the product(s) properly to prevent damage during transit. Please ensure the product(s) must be in unused condition with all tags and packaging.

• We only accept Return/Exchange once.
• We do not accept any Return/Exchange of altered garments.
• Opening box video and complete photos of the goods are mandatory.

Exchangeing an item is easy. Please note that items for Exchange must be received within 3 days of the shipping confirmation date and must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, without alterations and with all tags attached.

Return / Exchange Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases

• Products damaged due to negligence or wash care instructions not being followed.
• Undergarments, accessories, shorts and grooming products.
• Products bought from partner stores or marketplace websites.

Refund Policy

Note: We do not provide cash refunds or money-back refunds for any order.

Refunds will be provided in the form of SurMira Fashion Wallet Credits or a Coupon Code. The validity of the wallet credits or coupon code will be 1 year from the date of issuance.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse and complete the quality check, we will process wallet credits or issue a coupon code as per the customer's preference.

Terms & Conditions For Return / Exchange

• SurMira Fashion will not be responsible for any incorrect voucher issuance arising due to erroneous information provided by the customer.
• Store Credits/Coupon Codes will be issued within 2-3 business days after receiving the product.
• You can Exchange either the complete order or selected items from the same order.
• Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
• Please use separate packets for items belonging to separate orders.
• If you've ordered more than one item, additional charges may need to be paid before dispatch. These charges will be deducted from the principal amount. This policy applies exclusively to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

• Product colors may vary slightly depending on your screen resolution and device settings.
• Please provide your WhatsApp registered number for timely updates and a better shopping experience.
